• Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
• Supplementary Information - Your travels (IMM 5562)
• Schedule 4: Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees (IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 4)
• Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)


Also From IMM5669E Schedule A Background Declaration form point 8 in Personal History. Col are less , I have to to fill more col. How do I mention all activity. Do I attached another paper and mentioned on point 8 refer that page?
