Today I received another email from CIC with the exact same wording as the email I received from them on 1st March (which was supposed to be my first AOR!) saying that this email is to acknowledge that my application has been received on 21 Dec 2016.

I dont know what is this? But when I try to link my account it still says - this application already has a registration in progress. So confusing!!

Check out the email id from whom you received the email.........If it is changed(in comparison with your previous email) thn it might be file transfer mail,as i have not received my 2nd AOR so cant comment fully on this.

So people who got 2nd AOR e.g. @Ashu plz confirm.

are you under EE category? I checked with my friends, they said there would be no mail until you get FN for OID.

No, i am under OID. I dont have any relative, education or work experience from Canada. EE sucks I have already received two emails from CIC acknowledging my applcation is received. My problem is after receiving first AOR, my linked account is not working any more.

anyway, good for you. at least, you know your paper application had been well received. sigh......... oh, btw, have you got any fn or uci or client id, those kind of things?

If your VOs are NDVO or Singapore then you will get 2nd AOR or FT. Generally MR takes 2-6 months after AOR.

for sure your application is in process for eligibility since March 7,, try to check with ECAS

just try linking it Margogo.. mine I tried week after they received my application and I required 4 tries to link it.
