i got the notification that my application was received on 7th of this month. i have been trying to link my application to CIC, but always failed. do you have any idea normally how long it gonna take for them enter my paper document into the system? it has been 2 weeks.

I am also waiting from last 3 weeks but no luck. Few of our friends were able to do it with 1-2 weeks time.

Today I received another email from CIC with the exact same wording as the email I received from them on 1st March (which was supposed to be my first AOR!) saying that this email is to acknowledge that my application has been received on 21 Dec 2016.

I dont know what is this? But when I try to link my account it still says - this application already has a registration in progress. So confusing!!

Today I received another email from CIC with the exact same wording as the email I received from them on 1st March (which was supposed to be my first AOR!) saying that this email is to acknowledge that my application has been received on 21 Dec 2016.

I dont know what is this? But when I try to link my account it still says - this application already has a registration in progress. So confusing!!

so if that means they did receive your application, but no FN yet? still good news, at least you are 100% sure your application has been submitted. FN is just few steps away

are you under EE category? I checked with my friends, they said there would be no mail until you get FN for OID.

Hi, I also met the same issue. I revoked my old GCkey and created a new one. When I tried to link my application in my new GCkey. It always displays "this application already has a registration in progress". Did you try to contact CIC to resolve this problem?
