When I login to my online account, I see Application number that starts with "XEP", however in the email that I received from CIO, it starts with "EP" no "X".

I sent my credit card details in a paper based form along with the application I posted. Sorry for the confusion. And when CIO used my credit card (which was 7th of Feb) I could know looking at the bank statement. Only after the application fee is paid, online linked account status changes from "submitted" to "Open". If you have paid fee online then, I guess, it starts with "Open" status. I hope it make sense. . Open your account up to " Application/profile details" .. there you will find 7 steps for your application. For each step kindly click the "?" Once you received your AOR, along with that mail did you receive any other mail that asked you to Link your Application to the GCKey?
Also, after these mails did you receive another (a third mail) mail that says that your account has been updated, Please log-in and check?
If you have received this 3rd mail and still it is giving this error then Yes it is an issue. Otherwise, you are fine and nothing to worry, they might be just updating your record at time.
