Hello All.

Nice thread to discuss the details of Saskatchewan Immigration, Appreciate besbi07 to start the thread.

I need one advise from all of you. Is it better to do the Process of SINP through immigration consultant or do it yourself.

I am bit confused as they charge very high around 2 Lac(excluding govt fees). is all the required information available on internet.

Your advise will be helpful.

thanks for appreciation. one advise.. do it by yourself with the help of this forum.. at the end of the day it is you who will provide all documentation to the agency, they will just compile it and send to CIC or PNP.. lack of details, your fault.. not by Agency.

Thanks Naina. One more question please - when I login to my online linked account and click on "View Submitted Application", I dont see any uploaded documents, it is like this since I created this linked account. Is it normal? Do you people see the same?

yes this is normal there is no documents as we are paper based applicant

from your timeline, you said your status changed to open and fees deducted Feb 7. Is that an indication that documentation was complete as at Feb 7? my online status is open but i paid my fees online so i'm unable to know if its deducted or not. I'm still waiting for AOR but if i had my fees deducted halfway like yours i'd be really pleased.

DEAR MANVIR, HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT FEES HAS BEEN DEDUCTED, HAVE YOU PAID THROUGH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD OR BANK DRAFT.
I ALSO PAID THROUGH VISA CARD AND THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

you can apply for med test.. but with only 1 year validity , it is not recommended even by SINP and CIC....

Medical will be done after receiving AOR. Approx 1.5 yrs already gone once I started this Process. After Nomination how much time will be taken in the process.

I also didnt get that how your fee was deducted at later stage when you paid online through CC . I paid thorough CC also and payment was deducted right away and status is still Open

this is paper based application FROM the date CIC received your application (AOR)..

better to do the medical once you receive the medical request..

@Provost @asad1asad @smfailsal - I didnt pay my application fee online. I sent my credit card details in a paper based form along with the application I posted. Sorry for the confusion. And when CIO used my credit card (which was 7th of Feb) I could know looking at the bank statement. Only after the application fee is paid, online linked account status changes from "submitted" to "Open". If you have paid fee online then, I guess, it starts with "Open" status. I hope it make sense. Cheers

Hi friends, One more question -

Since yesterday when I login to my online linked account and click on "Check status and messages", I am seeing - "Application status is currently unavailable. Please try again later". Is it happening with someone else too?

When I login to my online account, I see Application number that starts with "XEP", however in the email that I received from CIO, it starts with "EP" no "X".
