Hi all, in the application why is there a screen for "Previous Application"?
I do not have a previous application. What should I put there?
Please advise.
Thanks!

Hi Seniors ,

I have 70% of funds for POF in my bank for greater then 90 days , but remaining has been transfered recently from my spouse. I am worried that my application could be rejected if I submit it now , as in the Application guide its written that funds should be lying in account for atleast 90 days .

Please suggest if i could attach any additional document as proof to show that this money belongs to me .

For SINP the account can be either on principal applicant's name or spouse's name. If you transfered the money from your spouse's account then i think you sholud present both accounts as POF. That way they can see that is your spouse's money, wich is allowed.

Heloo..Can anyone with NOC O, A, or B apply for SINP or people with just NOC O,A, or B in demand in Saskatchewan?

It has to be in the list of occupations in demand of SINP.

:( :( :(

When try to submit I got the following message :( :( :( good luck to all next time

The SINP category you are trying to apply to has reached the application intake threshold, therefore you are unable to submit your application at this time. Please review the SINP website for requirements and options to immigrate to Saskatchewan. http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/sinp Please note that if the requirements for this category change before the intake threshold is reset you will be required to start a new application.

Hmm..that's a difficult one. Maybe include a LOE for the additional funds.

I assume you don't have a joint account with your spose

I disagree. SINP Express entry is open to all EE candidates

Wow..sorry. Maybe the cap has been reached?

Give a couple of minutes and try again

Sorry to hear about the cap filling; I didn't think it would fill up this fast since the 1000 in June took about 1.5-2 months. I guess many people got their requirements since then.

Henry was correct. Read about it on SINP's website:

http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/express-entry

Your work experience must be in a high skilled occupation (NOC “0”, “A” or “B”) that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan. Please see the Application Guide (Appendix A) for the list of eligible occupations.

This was taken from SINP EXPRESS ENTRY SUB-CATEGORY application guide, page 4.

''Your work experience is in a high skilled occupation (NOC “0”, “A” or “B”) that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan. Please see Appendix A for the list of eligible occupations.''

If you read the application guide, in appendix A you will find the list of accupations in demand.

Read carefully:

Sorry, you're right. I missed that :D ;D

Occupation has to be in demand

The below is clearly mentioned in SINP Express Entry eligibility criteria:

Your work experience must be in a high skilled occupation (NOC “0”, “A” or “B”) that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan. Please see the Application Guide (Appendix A) for the list of eligible occupations.

Hence, people with NOC different than those mentioned in their "In-demand" list may not be accepted.

Yes i am not having joint account with Spouse . In anycase its of no use as cap has already reached :(

I feel that many candidates who were refused due to incomplete documents were also prepared
Therefore, its not surprising for me to see the cap filling that much faster.
Good Luck for all who got this opportunity

Stay positive. Prepare for the Jan. 2016 intake.
I could not submit my SINP application in Sept., but I was prepared this time and so I could submit it in Nov.
All the best.

Atleast POF documents need to be most recent, I don't understand how someone can manage that document that fast. We have to go to bank, give application for that.

I understand, candidates will have all other documents in hand other than POF.

Hope the cap has not reached!!!
