For SINP the account can be either on principal applicant's name or spouse's name. If you transfered the money from your spouse's account then i think you sholud present both accounts as POF. That way they can see that is your spouse's money, wich is allowed.CPRaspirant said:Hi Seniors ,
I have 70% of funds for POF in my bank for greater then 90 days , but remaining has been transfered recently from my spouse. I am worried that my application could be rejected if I submit it now , as in the Application guide its written that funds should be lying in account for atleast 90 days .
Please suggest if i could attach any additional document as proof to show that this money belongs to me .
It has to be in the list of occupations in demand of SINP.Mik1234 said:Heloo..Can anyone with NOC O, A, or B apply for SINP or people with just NOC O,A, or B in demand in Saskatchewan?
Hmm..that's a difficult one. Maybe include a LOE for the additional funds.CPRaspirant said:Hi Seniors ,

When try to submit I got the following message good luck to all next time
The SINP category you are trying to apply to has reached the application intake threshold, therefore you are unable to submit your application at this time. Please review the SINP website for requirements and options to immigrate to Saskatchewan. http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/sinp Please note that if the requirements for this category change before the intake threshold is reset you will be required to start a new application.
Henry was correct. Read about it on SINP's website:One_Topsy said:I disagree. SINP Express entry is open to all EE candidates
Your work experience must be in a high skilled occupation (NOC “0”, “A” or “B”) that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan. Please see the Application Guide (Appendix A) for the list of eligible occupations.
This was taken from SINP EXPRESS ENTRY SUB-CATEGORY application guide, page 4.One_Topsy said:I disagree. SINP Express entry is open to all EE candidates
Sorry, you're right. I missed that ;Dbellaluna said:Sorry to hear about the cap filling; I didn't think it would fill up this fast since the 1000 in June took about 1.5-2 months. I guess many people got their requirements since then.
Read carefully:

The below is clearly mentioned in SINP Express Entry eligibility criteria:One_Topsy said:I disagree. SINP Express entry is open to all EE candidates
