Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
According to Saskatchewan website, these are the required documents:

Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code
Language Credentials
Education/Training Credentials
Work Experience Credentials
Settlement Funds and Settlement Plans
Passports
Police Report(s)

For the first step, I opened an Express Entry account and filled all the forms and questionnaires. In the end, I got this message:

We regret to inform you that you are no longer eligible to be in the pool. Check your messages below for details.

From the beginning, I knew that my final points will be below 400 and I won't be eligible to get into Express Entry pool. (Although all my points in Express Entry are blank and it says 'If no score is displayed, please check that you have met Minimum Entry Criteria above. If you have met the Minimum Entry Criteria but your score is not displayed, wait for 24 hours then try again.')

But I have the required 60 points (out of 100) to participate in Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker program.

According to CIC website, I can find Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code in pdf file that is available in my account,

But since I wan not eligible for Express Entry pool, there is only Profile Number in my pdf and not Job Seeker Validation Code.

So haw can I apply for Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker program if I don't have Job Seeker Validation Code?

So complicated!! :(

You go through the Occupation In Demand (OID) route. You don't need the EE profile number and job seekers code since you won't be filling the application for Saskatchewan Express Entry

Thanks for the suggestion

Here's the link to OID Program:
https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/applicants-international-skilled-workers/international-skilled-worker-occupations-in-demand

I go to 'How To Apply' page,
https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/application-process-for-international-skilled-worker-and-saskatchewan-experience-categories

And it clearly states that again, I need to have to have Express entry Job Seeker Validation Code

'Submit an online profile in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry System. Once you’re accepted into the Express Entry Pool, you’ll receive a Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code. Next, follow the steps below.'

So I dont really understand the difference here!

For the OID, While filling the application using the SINP OASIS, it will ask you if you have an EE profile and Job seekers code. you'll check NO, so u wont have to fill them.. WHILE for the EE, you will have to fill the profile numbers and code because you would have checked YES. But the remaining questions are the same.

I want to ask about the experience certificates.

I am having the date of joining, date of leaving, Position on every experience certificate. Is that enough ??

As per the website, they are asking about the pay also to be mentioned in the certificate ??

Could someone let me know ?? Its old certificate I cannot get it change now..
