level of occupation takes longer work experience in senior level .

Mar 2015- Till Date ( HCL Technologies - Manager Network Operations ) -- Tenure, 1.75 Years -- Logged as NOC 2147
Sep 2013 - Mar 2015 (Nokia Siemens Networks - Engineer ) - Tenure 1.75 Years (Here also i was managing network operations)Logged as NOC 2147
Mar-2006 - Sep 2013 (Dell International Services) - Tenure 7.5 years ( Intial 2.5 years as Individual Contributor and rest managing the Engineers and supporting them)Logged as NOC 2281

With above NOC's in my EE i cannot apply in Saskatchewan Express entry which needs either 0213 or 2171.

Do you recommend me to consolidated all my experience in 2171 NOC or i can have a break up as following.

Please explain better, I submitted application on 4th January, but my documents were not complete. So am currently creating another profile under OID, can I submit it if OID opens or should I wait for the outcome of the one I submitted? Note that the one I submitted is under express entry subcategory.

i applied on Jan. 4,2017, under process on Jan. 5, got email waiting for application for documents, proof of funds they asked me to send last 90 days proof of funds, but i did not have that one, i have a letter(6th Jan. 2017) of current proof of funds, would my application be rejected, any idea.

About the "Settlement Funds Proof", can we use chequing bank statements (certified translated in case of non-English) or should we provide a letter from the bank? My understanding is that chequing bank statements would be enough, but I would like to ensure that.
