I'm filling in federal forms to attach in OASIS form for SINP OID .Please advise for below query..

In the IMM008 form I see "Space reserved for applicant's photo and for family member's photo" . Do we need to paste the Photos, and then scan and upload the form ?

I agree you.They however,keep updating their time for
nomination process quarterly.In most of the times,EE was faster than
OID.This time however,given focus to OID.
