In SINP, they only mention that CLB 8 obtains 20 points or CLB 7 obtains 18 points? Where can we check the breakdown of each paper?

My IELTS is CLB 9 in Reading & Listening, CLB 8 in Writing and CLB 7 in Speaking. I'm not sure whether I am qualify for 20 points as the overall result is CLB 8. Or they only look at the lowest grade in any one of the paper. Please help.

you can cosult NOC code and its detail in cic page.
unfortunately,I have no sample at the moment.I ll
definately share if I ll have one in later date with you.
