Sorry but you didn't understood the question well.I said that my friend do not wish to make any changes. He hasn't submitted his application now. He was busy collecting the documents. But he has already registered in the SINP portal and filled in the application form. He just has to upload all his documents now. So I am asking if he can still upload all his documents given the fact that SINP is closed now. Like in OINP we were allowed to submit our application even though they had closed provided we have registered in their portal. 14 days were given to submit the application after we register in OINP oneKey account.

Experts comments will be highly appreciated.

He can work on his existing profile and only can submit when the program is opened.It means

Just one quick question guys. If someone has already registered in the SNIP portal (the day it was opened) and also completed filling his application and only left with uploading the documents, can he still upload and submit his application, provided the fact that SNIP is closed for EE and in demand occupations?

[ANSWER THIS BEFORE READING THE TEXT BELOW: DID HE MAKE PAYMENT ON OASIS PORTAL (SINP APPLICATION PLATFORM) AFTER UPLOADING HIS DOCUMENTS?]

If he did make payment with his mastercard/VISA card, then it is deemed that he has made a successful application submission which he should get an email for.

THEN READ BELOW:

As per SINP website, your application may become illegible for processing if you did not upload all required documents and they may send you a mail why that decision was reached and what you need to do in case you decide to re-apply.

This is quite different from the situation whereby you uploaded all the required documents but you have a document containing errors detrimental to your application and you needed to make some changes in that document(s), you may attempt to quickly mail between the date of application submission and before the SINP immigration officers starts processing your batch. In that case, you may quickly send an email to their address with a very clear Letter of Explanation (LOE) explaining what information changed on the specific document you you emailing the corrected version to them and hope that they accept your corrected document.

Same thing happened with me, then I sent an email to the address they send me in the correspondence to upload documents. I called them on the phone as well and they said they have received the attachment and will enclose it with my attachments

Thanks @nadernadeem, I have since converted my POF document to PDF file format and sent to their email address, my email has been acknowledged by SINP and I think they will update my application file with the PDF document that I just emailed to them.

Ok. I get you now.

NO. He cant submit for the October 26, 2017 batch again (the batch that received 1000 applications between 26-27 October, 2017)

SINP procedure is clearly different from OINP program.

He may have to wait for the SINP to open again at a future date. Meanwhile, let him upload all relevant and necessary documents (in PDF) in advance on OASIS whilst he wait and vigilant for the program to re-open.

U r payment will confirm and u will receive application received email from Saskatchewan, next step is wait for processing,( u r all documents must be attached to get processed)

U must wait brother , these are the steps —Application submitted - application received- application in process-invoice tab disappearing-ADR(not required for all candidates)-fund conversion date changes- Nomination,
