Hi,

I want to know that is it possible that applicant is not satisfying the pass marks, but he applies by SAP method and when he gets a call after 2 years, he has completed the points then(Spouse points, work expererience etc)... so such kind of cases are entertained or not.

Thanks

First of all you should be close enough to the pass score.
If you feel that you score in some other places - send a detailed letter stating what it is.
It depends upon the visa immigration officer who is to handle the case. If he sees that you can qualify he will process it.

Read the instructions on the top of the SAP application "you must meet all criteria at the time you submit your application" For example lets say you claimed that you had a BA on your application, but you didn't get it until 6 months after submitting the application. So when you submit your documents 2/3 years down the road and the officer sees the date of the degree and the date the application was submitted, s/he will refuse, whether you now have sufficient points or not. It is called misrepresentation.

Hi PMM,

Could the below be a misrepresentation in my case

My work experience is 1 year 11 months. Can I fill out in the application that I have 2 years work experience to claim my 2 extra points. Since it is going to take around 2-3 months to receive my AOR.
Since it would take atleast a few days to reach the immigration office and 1 month to open up my file.
Will it be OK. Will my application be rejected?

Note- I am claiming the 2 extra points to reach a score of 68. I want to apply now because my friend wants to apply now and we can process ours together.

Thanks

If you submit before meeting the criteria, it will most likely be refused. Wait the month until you have the full two years experience.
