Hi,

Can anyone please check below and confirm if it is ok to proceed with...

Yes, this looks fine. Salary details can also be mentioned in Reference letter - if your company is ready to provide it on letter head.
Else, you need to attach latest 6 months salary slips to confirm your salary along with this letter.

The letter can be addressed to "To whom it may concern"
 
Do these job duties match up more closely with new NOC code 1311???
If yes, then this will be your primary NOC code in your application.

You must mention about this change of NOC code in LOE, since this is a major change in your application.

HI, my employer won't provide a "to whom it may concern" letter since I'm currently in employment with them. Also do I have to mention the salary in CAD or my home currency which is LKR?

The NOC code is 1111 and the duties which I've mentioned match with what is in the NOC 1111 job duties.

You must mention salary in the actual currency only.
