Recently I got an offer letter from Concordia University. I want to write a study plan but could not organize my thoughts.
Can anyone share couple of good sample of study plan for visa purpose?

I applied may be in Feb or march ,
Cgpa-3.22 out of 4
IELTS - 6.5
