Sample of financial Sponsorship letter

Please help me out, i got an admission from Sheridan College for fall intake 2019,i have my first degree from south Africa in Auditing and also i am a permanent Residence of South Africa but i got admission for Ontario Diploma Certificate in Business- finance, i am planning of applying for my visa in January but i am a bit confuse in respect to the financial sponsorship letter, actually i have inherited 10,600 Canadian dollars from my late father and he still have land and house that i inherited, i spoke to my uncle he is willing to sponsor me and give me his bank statement with 13,000 Canadian dollar but he is base in England and he his also planning of applying for student visa.Secondly i spoke to my late father business partner and he his willing to provide full financial sponsor and his personal company statement to sponsor me but i dont know how he should write the letter to sponsor me.

I know it's a way too late now but I would advise that you stick toj ust ONE sponsor to ensure clarity in your letter. I would suggest you present your inheritance and that of your uncle as proof of funds. I am saying so because it's easier to explain the motivation to sponsor in that regard than from your late father's business partner. Aside the cash inherited, you can mention of rental income from the house and land.
