Hello po!

I was denied due to:
1. You were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirements of you prospective employer. (Which is true on my part because I'm applying for front desk rep but I never had any training or experience on it. I am currently a supervisor in a BPO company).

2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

a. your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence (I included in my application form the list of my relatives leaving in Canada, dapat bang di ko ininclude cla?)
b. purpose of visit (It was clear I'm going there for work) chaaka nila paano ba ito maeexpand eh check lang naman yung gagwin sa form nila.
c. limited employment prospects in your country of residence (no Idea)ano po ba ito????
d.and lastly personal assets and financial status (I have only P105K in my bank statement)...i don't know how much do they need in order to pass this factor?

comment ko lang sa 1st reason... not everybody na walang experience or training ay narerefused... based sa kakilala ko front desk din inapplyan at wala naman siyang expereince or training at wala ring proof of funds na nilagay bakit nabigyan ng visa so what their basis for approving an applicant... kaya pasuwertihan lang tlaga sa vo na mapuntahan ng apps natin...

2.b) purpose of visit... usually ito yung nilalagay nilang reason pag ang present job mo is not related sa inaapplyan mo... this is just my opinion pero most likely ganun nga.

2.c) limited employment prospect.. just my opinion, that you still have work to go back to after your legal stay in canada..

2.d) di ko maintindihan din ito pag wala kang nilagay still ganyan din comment nila ano ba talaga gusto nila "sala sa init sala sa lamig" decision nila... and 105k is big enough kasi yung friend ko na approved 60k ngalang proof of fund niya..

anyway, that's life... same us mga narefused din b4... re-apply ka nalang...

Actually I agree! Money making na ginagawa nila sa mga aplikante, lalo na yung mga nag-aapply ng twp tapos may sinubmit na POF pag nakita nila na malaki pera mo sa bank ide-deny nila para you have reason to reapply syempre panibagong bayad na naman yun di ba? The more na nagde-deny sila the more na maraming perang pumapasok sa kanila. Biruin mo genuine naman ang work offer tapos mag-aapply ka pa ng working visa, kung ilan beses ka mag-apply ganun din karaming beses magbabayad. Tsk...tsk...tsk...business is business as usual...grabe!

kung ganun nga, sana magawan to ng paraan ng government natin. Canadian employers like hiring Filipino workers because masipag and not to mention, may malasakit sa mga employers. other nationals don't have that much traits. To the VOs, tingin nila sa mga applicants lahat mag TNT which is not true naman, mahirap kaya ang buhay sa Canada, kung may choice lang naman tayo, di tayo magwwork dun. i have one friend, FCA din siya, 3months siya naghintay sa visa niya, yun pala disapproved. nakakafrustrate sa part ng applicant, and also employers.

sa manila ako nagsubmit ng application ko...last Feb 22,2012 na pick up ng courier ung first application ko then March 1, 2012 dumating meds request since taga baguio ako d2 ako nagpamedical...march 3 ako nagmedical then April 10 narecieved ng CEM med result ko...May 15, 2012 refused application ko.... sobrang dis appointed employer ko sa result kc nireview namin mabuti application and nakakapagtaka tlga bkit negative ang result, married nman ako with 2 children so how come na hindi ako babalik d2...it depends tlga sa VO na magrereview ng mga application natin swertehan lang...advice ng employer ko magreapply thats why i submit my application last May 31 with new contract and same LMO that would expire on August 5....

ano nga palang additional docs mo nung nagreapply ka? ano bang reason of refusal mo?

knowing hindi pa naman ako immigrant di to bakit sinabing family ties ang hirap maghanap ng employer dito tapos deny lang nila,nakakawalang gana ang system talaga,hay anyway pray nalang natin mga VO na maliwanagan sila para kahit papano maging madali nalang ang ma approve mga applicants.

As far as I heard from other sucessfull applicants in CEM, they provide explanation letter to satisfy the VO that they will really come back to Philippines after their contract.Maybe you can do that also upon lodging of visa application in the first place, though my first visa I just submitted all there is in the check list nothing else, that was way back in 2009 though.

I just wanna ask, coz im planning to re apply my visa but new contract and lmo,in UAE. Pls advise me if do i still have to process my new NBI clearance from pinas for my new application or not? I just got my NBI last february 2012 i think its valid for 1 year right? Pls help. Thanks

3-6months lang ang validity ng NBI. Kaya need mo ng kumuha bka yun pa maging prob

Do u have any idea kung once na na refused ka tas bagong LMO gagamitin mo 2 re apply,how long u have 2 wait para makapag re apply ulet? May requirement ba kung ilang buwan pa aantayin mo bago ka pwedeng magre apply ulet?

if you think you're ready to lodge a new application again, you can re apply anytime.

pwede kang mag apply anytime basta ok lahat ang documents mo hindi pa expire yung nbi dati 6 months ngayon 1 yr na tingnan mo nakalagay naman doon kung expire valid until sabi,Good luck

NBI or any police clearebce should not be 3 months old when you submit your application. Thats the rule. Check the document checklist.

thanks for the reply. Coz i was thinking na baka ung NBI ko na nman maka delay ng application ko thats y. Valid nga for 1yr ung NBI(green) saten. So pag nag pass ako ng new application, ok lng cguru na hindi ko na isama ung NBI ko kase my copy na ako sa embassy hindi na nila binalik ung mga sinubmit ko nun khit isa man lng dun.
Guys,just wanna ask na rin im single kase so iniisip ko pag nag re apply ulet ako baka ma refused na naman(wag naman sana) at ang magiging reason is family ties din,tska hindi na babalik ng pinas or walang makuhang work sa pinas im sure un ang sasabihin if ever, may nabasa ako d2 sa forum dati ung 2nd application nya which is refused sya ganun ang reasons.
Pls help ano ba mga proofs na pwedeng ipasa sa embassy para maniwala sila na babalik pa ng pinas or for family ties wala akong property saten like lote tsaka walang haws na nakapangalan mismo saken. So ano ba proofs dapat kung ipasa para maniwala sila?

hi guys musta musta mga re apply nyo dyn? tanong ko lang may sinagutan b kyo na form na may tanong na wht is your long term plans? anong sagot nyo sa long term plans nyo?FCA din apply ko unfortunately narefused din kya re apply na lng ulet? reasons of refusal ko: personal situation, employment history and long term plans dahil dw dito di satisfied ang VO na i will leave the country after authorized stay. any help pls.. thanks much!
