follow up question, my agency is in canada and i paid a lot of money just to get there but unfortunately they refused me from embassy so what i want now is 2 get back my money from agency there. So can u give me ur ideas or someone have same experience like mine. The agency said that we will give ur money back but u should send me 1st ur refusal letter after sending 2 them my refusal then now they keep telling me that it will take 1 yr to get ur money back because we will pay it partially. So whats d best thing 2 do get my money back coz i cannot wait for 1yr just 2 get it back d money coz im thingking also maybe they dont have d plan to give me back. Pls share ur ideas. Thanks a lot.

Hope you can help me guys. tanong po sana ako if sa pag re apply ng application(temporary work permit for semi skilled), do we need to get another nbi clearance?sa pagka understand ko valid pa yan for one year. what about po ang medical? i believe maka ka receive pa rin tayo ng medical request from the CEM, but dapat bang pa medical ulit? nbi should be valid 3 or 6months from the date issued. i mean dapat new siya kung lagpas na sa 3 0r 6mos im not sure dapat kumuha k ulit.(just read from their website to verify). according sa iba na nag re-apply di na sila pinadalhan ng medical request since valid pa. pero may iba n pinadalhan parin kya what they did pinakita lang ata ang receipt sa pinagmedicalan then parang niresend nlang ata ulit result nila. hope this help.

thanx for the fast reply. i just got the refusal letter three days ago at pina abot pa ng 10 weeks. reason for refusal is length of proposed stay in Canada and purpose of visit. Hindi ko lang ma intindihan kasi naka state naman lahat sa application form of course the purpose of visit is to work. Everything is in the contract and lmo naman. I also wanted to know din po sa mga nag re apply at nagka visa na..if how long did it took for the processing at na issue ang visa nyo po? is it going to be 8 to 10 weeks din ba? Kasi ang employer ko wanted to know how long na naman ang processing for re applying.Thanks again!

how many years ba ang contract mo to be working in canada? nakalagay din yan sa lmo mo? do you have work experience related sa magiging work mo sa canada? napaka broad kasi ang reason ng vo kaya hirap alamin talaga kung ano ba talaga ang main reason?

i guess so same processing period lang...

Hi ask ko lang ano po ba dapat ilagay dun sa likod ng picture kasi dun sa checklist ng apllication kit naka lagay ON THE BACK OF TWO PHOTOS,WRITE YOUR NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH dun naman po sa checklist ng canadian embassy sa manila ang nakalagay Two (2) passport photographs for yourself and each family member requesting a visa, with
the name printed on the back, dated and taken in the past 6 months.

yes meron akong cover letter kelangan para ma explain their refusal concerns. di ka nag iisa sa experienced mo we've been through same as yours.

inixplain ko lang sa cover letter ko ang present situation ko if what i am currently doing and stating that i will be back at the end of my contract.. kasi pag mag base lang sila sa forms na submitted di nila malalaman kung ano man ang gusto mong explain sa kanila.. yup twp din ako.
