So ibigsabihin po yung bank statement any amount tpos po pwede yun n maging proof na babalik tlga ako dto sa pinas after ng contract ko. at pwede ko rin bng isama yung birthcertificate ng anak ko at marriage contract nmin to proof tlga n babalik ako after ng contract.
One more thing po duon sa previous country db past 5yrs lng kya ang nilagay ko from 2006-2011 yung pg stay ko sa qatar but supposedly ng start ako sa qatar 2004-2011 pero d nmn tuloy tuloy yung every after 2yrs umuuwi nmn ako pra mgbakasyon. naguguluhan tlga ako dko alam kung ano ilalagay ko. yung s first application ko nilagay ko from 2004-2011 isang company lng nmn ako ng work renew renew lng ng contract, at isa mahirap n yta ako mkakahingi ng police certification... huhuhu hirap nmn nito.iniisip ko kc bka isa yung sa dhilan ng refusal ko kc nilagay ko sa frevious country ko is from 2004-2011 bka isipin nila ng stay tlga ako ng mtagal duon...nkatatlong uwi ako nuon pra mgbakasyon....ano kaya mas maganda..tulong plssss....

@ Trixie himayin mo yung employment history mo kse isa sa reasons ng refusal skn eh employment history bsta ko lng din nlgy ung mga nging wrk di gnon ka detailed kya, sympre kung ano mbbsa nila sa application ntin don lng sila magba based, gnon ang sunod ko ggwin sa re apply ko dedetalye ko kya sa VO mahilo sya pgbasa haha... hayyy sana mging ok na mga apply natin

Hey Graciaaa opinion ko lang yung $4k-$5k pero kung magkano meron ka sa bank account pwede na yun basta importante active yung account mo for 3 months at walang deposit dun na sobrang laki tapos one time lang kasi mag-iisip sila sino nagpadala sayo nun at iisipin nila gagamitin mo yung pera na yun show money mo sa application. Anyways, for single peeps lang po yung advise ko na mag-include ng proof of funds kasi wala naman silang family (husband or wifey or kids) na magiging strong ties sa pinas aside from parents. Ayan Graciaaa justifiable na ba? hehehe =)

pano kung single pero merong arranged employment sa Canada or approved LMO from employer, kailangan ko pa rin kaya mag submit ng proof of funds? bale sister ko and brother in law ang employers, obviously if ever na maapproved at matapos ang 2 years contract i will stay there for good katulad ng iba, pls i need other opinion pampalakas ng loob, thanks

@ Dayana, san location mo now?dapat daw kase pag TWP ang apply maconvince ang VO na after the contract is uuwe sa country of residence, since kamag-anak mo andon baka nmn ssbhn nila sayo kung ano mga mgiging sagot mo if ever my interview ka..update mo kmi pag may result na apply mo ha =)

Yung bank account naman it's not written on TWP Checklist, opinion ko lang po yun na mas magandang maglagay ng proof of funds to show them that you have your own investment, strong ties din yun na may maayos kang source of income back home. About your work you should write every contract you had from your previous work but be sure may COE ka. Ilang buwan ba ang bakasyon mo sa pinas pag umuuwi ka? Kung almost 6 mos. kasi baka masilip din yun, kasi iisipin ng VO bakit pag-uwi mo ng pinas wala kang work pero sa ibang bansa may work ka (it's just my opinion) kasi iisipin nila sa ibang bansa ka lang talaga nagwo-work therefore may possibility na pag nag-Canada ka hindi ka na babalik. Anong work mo nga pala sa ibang bansa? Importante ang police cert kasi kasama yun sa checklist. Try mo i-check sa pinas yung embassy ng country na pinagtrabahuhan mo. Isama mo rin birth cert ng anak mo, MC nyo ng husband mo & updated resume ng husband mo (alam ko kasama ang CV ng husband/wife sa checklist). For previous countries of residence if more than 5yrs ka nag-stay outside Phils. ilagay mo dun kung kailan ka talaga nag-start sa Qatar kasi iche-check nila yun kung pareho sa employment history mo, dapat parehong date nakalagay dun.

Well again it's just my opinion, mas maganda nang naghahanda ng sobra-sobra kaysa may pagsisihan tayo sa huli. Good Luck sa'ting lahat!!

Sis wala naman talagang required na proof of funds sa applications, depende sa'yo yun kung gusto mong mag-submit or not. Usually kasi pag single hinahanapan ng proof of strong ties sa home country na dapat may babalikan ka pa after your contract. It's an advantage if you include assets or proof of funds under your name. Actually depende pa rin naman sa VO na mag-eevaluate ng papers natin ang decision. It's better na sobra ang ipadala natin to justify that we have strong ties sa Pinas di ba? Para sa akin mas mahirap pa ang situation mo kasi kamag-anak mo andun tapos single ka parang mahirap i-prove na babalik ka pa ng pinas (which we know na hindi na) pero dapat ma-justify mo yun na babalik ka sa Pinas kasi temporary worker lang naman inaapplyan mo.

Yes na ang ilalagay mo tapos reason ng refusal sa letter. Hindi pa ako nari-refuse, my apps still on process. Hopefully ma-approve, it's our first time apps.

na refused ako dati last dec 2011 ngayon nagre-apply ako and just submitted my applicationpraying and hoping na sana this positive na. meron ba dito na narefused pero nagkavisa sa 2nd application? kasi parang ang hirap na iconvince ang vo once na narefused ka na before sana wag naman ganun. hayyyyy may awa din ang Diyos sa atin na mga narefused. dont quit guys!!!

I was rejected before due to lack of english comm skills (according to them), I submitted an appeal letter prior to the 60 days deadline they've set and after a month, no nominate na din ako. My letter stated that my current and previous companies were all US/foreign owned and my interaction with the clients as well as the meetings were all done using English as a medium. I think, the significant part there is how will you show the immigration your burning desire to migrate and to help the Canadian economy as well.

ako din narefused dati..pero ngayon hopefully okey na..paano ka narefuse nung una?.ako applied for MPNP pero ang sponsor ko cousin, kaso the time na iassess ung papers ko kakalabas pa lang ng Nominee program ng Alberta. Andun lahat ng next of kin ng husband ko. so nag-apply ulit kmi sa AINP..hopefully this is it..

what i did doon sa tanong i click YES, then I stated the date of my refusal and the application number but i didnt wrote it down the reasons of my refusal hope...

what do you mean pano ako narefuse? You mean the reasons of refusal it's all about employment and family ties...

Wanna share my experience from Canadian Emb.- Abu Dhab. Nag send ako ng application ko last Feb 2012 after a month they send me email and their requesting my original passport and NBI (Green color). I was scheduled 2 go for vacation last month so i decided b4 i will go to PI i have 2 get my visa 1st so i go there personally to get my visa stamp on my PP same day but unfortunately i didnt expect that i have an interview then d VO asked me how i found my employer and she asked if i paid for my application but i tell her i didnt pay anything but she dont believe me after more than 1 month they emailed me again attached there is my refusal letter.. really sad that day..
Expired na LMO ko next week so hindi ko na sya ma re apply so ask ko lng po kung pwede ba akong mag re apply anytime khit kaka refused lng from embassy? If i have new positive LMO & new employer may chance ba na mkukuha na ng visa d 2nd time around? Kase sabe din ng frend ko once na na refused na mdyo mahirap ng mabigyan ng visa.. Hopefully its not true.
Good luck po saten lhat sana this time mkakuha na tau ng visa..

hello sis d nmn ung ibang forum mates natin dito narefused nung una pero nung 2nd time nila ok n nagkavisa na sila,, need lang talaga natin maconvinced ang mga vo para magkavisa tayo.. God will give it in His perfect time.. Wag po tayo mawalan ng pag asa...

yup same lmo ang ginamit ng hubby ko expiration date nya is april 28 nagpasa cia last april 21..sana this time ok na..
