I have work experience of kindergarten teacher in India.can I apply as early childhood educator for Canada .is this noc in demand .
kindergarten teachers are teachers. They can teach any grade from Kindergarten to Grade 6. ECEs are not. They work in daycares and pre-schools and the pay is low. you want to manipulate your work experience and misrepresent your qualifications. Your work experience letters describe your teaching responsibilities not responsibilities for and ECE, correct? You have to check PNP programs to see if they draw that NOC.

I understand. For PNP some programs like Saskatchewan, your work experience must match your education. So early childhood educators would not have necessarily have a masters, maybe a degree in child development. Most They have college diplomas in early childhood education. As I have said, ECEs work with with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a licensed child care centre. If you have at least one year of continuous year experience working in a daycare (not schools) and you have worked with infants and toddlers then try. But from what you have described, you are an elementary/kindergarten teacher.

Take Saskatchewan PNP, ECE is a licensed profession so Level II or III Early Childhood Educator Certification is required for SINP eligibility.

Is it possible to get teaching certificate in Canada without PR (NOC 4031)?
If after 1 or 2 years of study in Canada, work permit is provided. Is it possible to attain Certification under work permit?

4031 is not eligible under PNP programs due to licensing. You need to immigrate through Express Entry. You need to look,at the licensing requirements for the province you intend to live in.

That means no PR, no chance of getting certified?
No didn’t state that. You need to immigrate through Express Entry, not PNP programs. You can look at certification for teaching before you get PR. If you are French or fully bilingual then your chances are higher. Since you are studying in Canada assume you are doing a B.Ed or M.Ed.
