I understand. For PNP some programs like Saskatchewan, your work experience must match your education. So early childhood educators would not have necessarily have a masters, maybe a degree in child development. Most They have college diplomas in early childhood education. As I have said, ECEs work with with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a licensed child care centre. If you have at least one year of continuous year experience working in a daycare (not schools) and you have worked with infants and toddlers then try. But from what you have described, you are an elementary/kindergarten teacher.
Take Saskatchewan PNP, ECE is a licensed profession so Level II or III Early Childhood Educator Certification is required for SINP eligibility.
