Quick question for the rest of the applicants....I was just looking at the email I had received for RPRF and Biodata, and it said,

"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose."

I know a lot of other people have seen another phrase in there, that their application has been found eligible for the class under which it was applied. I don't have that in my email. Plus, my ECAS still says app received over a week after I received that email.

Is it just me or does someone else also have that phrase missing and/or their status still as app received?

Thanks lpc,

So the email you received did not say you had been found eligible? Just making sure.

No, it said it was ongoing.
My gcms arrived the day before this email - as well as my mr and my eligibility was recommended passed, not passed.

Interesting....I wonder if mine is also recommended passed instead of passed. I'm due to receive my GCMS notes on the 20th, so I guess we'll see. I didn't think they sent out MRs to recommended passed applicants.

I heard the same about rprf ;)
OB says it's good practice not to send out MR without eligibility being passed but we've seen rejections post MR - which sucks but is rare
