Hello guys,

My IELTS score were S:8, W:7, L:7.5 & R:7.5 and I received 112 points in my EE profile under CRS Human Capital-First Language. Is there any possibility that I can improve my crs points, secondly how many maximum points one can achieve under CRS IELTS points. Lastly please guide me what module(s) are considered to be the most important ones in getting crs points.

Regards

CLB 9 boosts your score big time. To achieve CLB9, you need get this score - LRWS - 8777. You have to meet the individual cut-offs for each section to leverage the high score. CLB10 is the highest for the Canadian immigration, but the difference between CLB9 and CLB10 is just 3 points. So most suggest to target CLB9. However the difference between CLB8 and CLB9 is huge. I am not sure of the exact difference, but I believe it boosts your score by around 40 points or so.

You need to improve your listening score to 8 to get best from the IELTS.

My CLB is 9.

L-8, R-7, W-7.5, S-7.5

And I tell you, CLB 9 makes a huge impact on your CRS.

So, target 8 in listening(for that you need to have atleast 36 right answers out of 40 questions) and 7 in other 3 sections.

Good luck!
