Pershendetje, eshte spousal sponsor ship. Shum te ngadalte ne shqyrtimin e dosjeve ose nuk kan mjaftueshem personel... mbase tani ne gusht jane edhe me pushime... shpresojm qe te fillojn te levizin nga shtatori..

Hello ca001 congratulations I am so happy for you. I am new in this forum, my application for spousal sponsorship was transferred at the Rome Visa Office on the 3rd of August. What is your timeframe by the transfer of your application to the passport request?

i am new to this forum, i am planning to apply inland family sponsorship.my husband is in Ontario we just got married this august. so i am pretty confused how does Rome embassy works, is it slow or fast. with new rules the time frame apparently should be faster. is anyone here a 2107 applicant and have they received there Pr.
another question, while we will apply inland i will be traveling to canada so what i want to know which i cant exactly understand online is the time which takes from the approval of the application till the request of medical reports, because i assume medical reports one has to do from italy only being an italian citizen. how does this medical report thing work, like online on your profile comes the request to upload the medical reports? how much time do they give to upload this info?

If you apply inland, your application won't be processed through the Rome office.

If you want to apply inland, both you and the sponsor must be physically in Canada. You cannot apply inland while you are outside of Canada. Medicals can be done anywhere in the world.

I sent my application Dec 5th 2016 and it got transferred to Rome on Dec 28th 2016.
I'm from Italy and already in Canada at the moment ....I know @Arb1985 that they changed the style but till yesterday morning it was saying Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check...now it changed to we are processing your background check

hey are you from italy, can i ask you some info, i am soon going to apply outland sponsor. my husband is there and i am planning to there in december but before that we will apply from outland so i will add the police report in the application upfront and the medical reports come later. if you were in canada how did you manage to get the medical reports?can we upload the issued by even a doctor in canada or it has to be per forza from italy?

i would apply outland me being in italy but nothing stops me to visit canada right? i know many people who come and go while they have applied outland ..

sorry i just read my post again and i had wrote inland when i meant outland. basically we are planning to apply outland and the meantime i will visit him to canada so that we can be together. the only issue is the medical reports basically i can upload them issued by any medical studio. I had thought we had to get our medical reports only by certain medical studios which are given or linked by embassy ..

I went to saskatchewan with the SINP employment job offer 1 year ago and then applied for PR for my husband,my child and myself.At the end of March 2017 an officer from VO ROME emailed to me that we have given fake information about working in my home country and that is called mispresentation.I had 60 days to reply to the officer with facts and everything so they can believe me that i was really working in my country.I sent all information that i had in the end of may and since that i havent recieved any news from the officer.I wanted to know how much does it take for them to take the final decision.Remember that i sent the information to counter the officer for the mispresentation at the end of MAY.
If anyone has an answer please reply.Thanky everyone.

Hey everyone

i have a question, when you guys applied for PR and send the application do you think its better to get medical test alreaeedy done before the request comes i am saying this because i have heard these medical places sometimes don't quickly give appointment so not be in the mess as the deadline for uploading is only 30 days so i was thinking to do the medical test soon after i will send the application so when i get the request i have them and i had called the medical place here in MILANO,Italy they told me they do everything themselves as in translation and send it themselves to the rome embassy, is it true?but if i do before how will they send before?i don't understand this part because if we have to upload it ourselves online how is the medical place going to send it to the embassy?

I have send additional documents on August 2016.
since then no decision has made and the application still in procces... to stressful
