It has to be any office for translations. She has to translate her birth certificate, police certificate, marriage certificate. You should prepare pictures of you and relatives together, skype or facebook conversations, money transfers. Everything that shows that you have a geniune relationship

Thank you, CutiePie92! Your answered helped a lot. I sent via DHL my application to my husband, hopefully tomorrow he will forward it. It took me two months for gathering all papers, also I messed a lot with the stories (over thinking), changed the passport etc. I am so nervous now because I "lost" 2 months but hopefully I completed everything OK.

I am happy for everyone that takes that visa, but I'm really disappointed when I see they actually solve the cases in 15 months... it's a huge amount of time, really depressing, I hoped it takes less, not really 15 months.

God helps us all!

Аз също спонсорирах жена ми и детето ми и получихме е-мейл в който ни искат паспортите, по 2 актуални снимки на човек, както и данни за височината и цвета на очите за всеки... Основният ми въпрос е как изпрати паспортите до Букурещ? Чрез CVAC което е в София на ул."Цар Иван Асен" 77 или си ползвала куриер... Ако си ползвала куриер моля да ми кажеш, кой точно защото проверих и видях, че с куриер е доста по-евтино, но не знам доколко е сигурно.... Благодаря предварително за отговора и Ви пожелавам много щастливо изкарване на Коледните празници (в което нямам съмнение) и спокоен и пълноценен живот в Канада.

P.S. Между другото в коя провинция и кой град ще живеете ?

We'll probably mail today the application to Mississauga. After they got it, can I start counting the days? I wonder if they will still receive it this year 2014.. and not postpone to 2015.
Basically, how do you guys knew what was the app date that you have in your timelines here? tks!

Misssauga will receive the application this month if u mail it today. Around one month they will approve u as a sponsor. Then the application will be forwarded to Bucharest. Usually from that time starts the counting. If everything is good with your application believe me that your wife can get visa in maximum 8 months. Good luck!

Usually they try to give visas till the medical expiration. But depends.....me and Vania had to re-do the medicals....they processed our file longer.

I am the wife that needs a damn visa. My husband sent today the files to Mississauga. He spoke on the phone to them and the sponsor assessment is now 60 days... so already one month in plus. We have the Quebec step too.
Anyway, another Christmas alone and crying, hopefully that next year I will be there. I don't know how you all resisted, because for me it's started to be extremely frustrating seeing that basically my life is on hold...
