So you suggest she applies for TRV without an invitation letter from me? When she comes as a student I would pay her tuition fees so money is not a problem at all. Its only about staying together.

well people can get TRV's without invitation letters, not everyone is going to Canada to visit friends/family. you can write a letter as a "friend" but it doesn't seem very reliable, i don't know.. she can say she's just traveling, but alone.. ? if she's traveling she needs to have a return ticket to Romania, an itinerary to show .. and lots of proof that she will return. does she have a job to come back to? a house? family? these all contribute to a strong application. regarding her travel history she probably doesn't have any passport stamps given the fact that she only traveled in Europe, but maybe she still has some old boarding passes or such.. maybe some airplane ticket confirmation emails? (they also ask for a travel history)

you also need to think that if she does this and then you get married and submit an outland app, CIC will see that she claimed to be just a "tourist".. but then she came to Canada and married you (they will have her previous UCI number).
not sure if this raises any red flags but it would probably show CIC that she wasn't honest when she applied. maybe it's nothing but i imagine CIC as being awfully thorough and suspicious about everything

Yes they are very suspicious about everything. Wish it was much more simple

I can get her an itinerary, book her into a hotel in Toronto (cancel it after she lands), have a return ticket, etc and maybe even correspond with a university here, where in she initiates a conversation and asks about the facilities in the univ and the univ asks her to come and visit them. She can print this email correspondence and carry it as a reason to visit. She can also have a statement of purpose wherein she says she intends to study in Canada to be a French teacher (she is fluent in french) and this trip is a recon to explore the universities (also armed with 4000$ and single entry visa). This is partly true anyway if she eventually applies for a student visa.

She does not have a job or property in RO. She just graduated university in France.

well that can be a problem not sure if they'd approve her without a job and a propriety.. i do have to ask though: where does she stay in Romania? if she stays with her family, she can arrange that her name also appears on the ownership documents if i'm not mistaking.

She lives in Ploiesti. She stays with her parents as of now and she is the only child. So i guess she can show property documents of her parents, with her name on it.

Hi remonda.

If they ask for a specific form, you should send it to them again, especially if you say you left out the date the sponsor intends on returning to Canada. We have put in Jan 1, 2014, explaining in an attached letter that it is only an estimate and my husband wants to stay with me until the processing is complete.

I would suggest attaching copies of everything you've attached to the form when you have submitted it and writing an explanatory letter stating that they are only photocopies because you have already submitted them.

If you have new proofs, attach them also. Even new bank statements on his accounts would count. Or new browser history. And I would definitely attach letters from your and your husband's workplaces, stating there are no contractual reasons that will keep you from going to Canada as soon as your visa is issued. When I've submitted these kind of letters in, I didn't notarized them. Just printed them out, had the sender sign them in blue ink and that was all.

And don't worry about that "please provide .... failure to provide..." at the end of their request. That's just the standard wording.

I feel relax after your answer now i was so worried from this request why they asked for this form i dont know.anyway i am convinced with your opinion i will put a date .but i want to ask you for another quest in the same form it is no 5 what is the highest level of education ?elementry,college,....we didnt check for all the boxes only we checked in the box of the college and write the number 5 years of the college is it right or we havr to check in every box elementry secondry and college and write 16 years

Everything regarding the payment of the fees must be sent in original to Mississauga.
When we paid my RPRF, we also sent a copy to the VO, through the Case Specific Enquiry app. From what I know, it takes 2-3 weeks between the date CIC-Miss gets the receipt, until it confirms it to the VO. I have no idea why

When you use the CSE you are communicating with the Visa Office, so you can address issues about the application for Permanent Residency.

My initial answer about the CSE was to a question about sending in the receipt after paying the RPRF, so it doesn't have anything to do with your form Every time the VO asks you for something, they will tell you how to make it get to them, so just follow those instructions.
