Hi aspirants
1. I worked for more than 4 years in my last company and asked them to issue me a Roles n Responsibility letter on the company letterhead.
They issued me a letter giving the duration, designation, department etc but not detailed RnR. Even after more mails explaining them my requirement , they refuse stating that "it is our standard format ".
My immidiate boss refused me to issue such letter on company letterhead citing that he doesnt has the authority.
In such situation ....how will I fulfil the requirement of RnR letter from employer ??
2. My name is my masters degree is "FirstName SurName" (A - C) ...also I have got ECA done and they have pointed out that name in Masters degree is "A C" but in rest of all the documents(passport, other visas, bachelors degree, IELTS etc) it is "FirstName SecondName" (A - B). ...now how should I explain this while applying. For sure I will put down my name as (A - C) in all the forms. some affidavit ?
3. Does my education has anything to do with the NOC under which I apply or is it the work exp.
lets say it like this can a hotel management guy with HMgmnt degree apply as Network engineer if he has relavent work exp and he can proove with proper documents from the employer.
