So you applied to the program 2 years ago and your application has not been processed? Or you have not applied to the program because you have yet to get a job offer and community endorsement? Do you work in one of the communities as that will give you a better chance? Maybe time to focus on other immigration programs. RNIP is community based so your skills need to match what the community is wanting. If your skills don’t match then you will not get a job offer or endorsement.

I applied to the program and the application has not been processed for that long, but I appreciate your advise, which other basic immigration programs can I apply through for immigration and work permit procession

The very easiest program I can go through and travel on a work visa with the job appointment letter and a community recommendation letter

Kindly advise me please

Thank you

So if you applied to the the program then what has your employer said or done to move your file along with the community and RINP?

To be honest with you, since I sent my applications to different employers, non has responded to me
So you have not applied to the RINP program so there is no processing to be done. To even apply to the program you need a job offer with community endorsement. RNIP is based on specific skills for that particular community. If you don’t have the wanted skill sets then you will not get a response.

Immigrate (PR) and work (temporary)) in Canada 2 different things.

If you want to immigrate you need to focus on immigration programs like Express Entry based on your age, education, language, work experience and funds. Assume you have completed ECA and language tests if you have been applying for jobs for two years, as you would have to show you are experienced to do the job.

If you want to work in Canada, You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education. Most if not all jobs posted will say that you must be a citizen, PR or a person with work authorization to apply so no point in applying for those jobs.

I gat the IELTS results, and my education credentials assessed with ECA and certified by the regulatory board in my country and created an online portal with the RNIP and it's through the program that I applied to the employers

I greatly appreciate your response and advise but am now confused with what to do now

WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Maybe focus on Express Entry and other PNP programs. You have not applied to RINP for PR as you need a job offer.
