Right province and course

I have taken IELTs academics and want to now choose the best college or University, considering my ultimate goal is PR. I am MBA in HR(2011), with 6 years of experience into Recruitment. I have lived 3years in Singapore and have an extensive travel history.

1) Which province to be picked for choosing a university/college, for PR prospects later on?

2) Which course would give a better chance of visa approval according to my education and experience? I am planning to apply with spouse and kid(if that’s the right thing to do).

3) Which course to apply a one year diploma, a 1 year masters or a 2year program from PR perspective ?

NOC Code-1223 and 1121. The occupation is in demand and I see a lot of jobs in Toronto.

1. Depends on your profile. If your profile is weak (low IELTS) then pick a province with good PNPs like Manitoba and the Atlantic provinces. If you can max-out your IELTS scores, then I'd prefer Ontario because the application process for Ontario universities and colleges is so much more streamlined than that of other provinces.

2. Just ask yourself - which post-graduate course would look good on your resume and would show career progression.

3. You said you already have a masters. Why would do a 2nd one. A second masters is weird unless you have a very good explanation. You can go for the 1+1 route. Basically you apply for a 1 year post-graduate dip/certificate course from your home country. Then you apply for a 2nd 1 yr course and apply for study permit extension when you're inside Canada. Or you can outright apply for a 2 year course. Up to you. Search YouTube for "1+1 route Canada" if you're unclear - you'll find a lot of international students posting their personal experience on YouTube.

A lot of Canadian universities offer post-graduate certificates. I'd recommend you go that route over colleges. Visa approval chances are higher. You can easily search courses on the official ontario colleges portal here: https://www.ontariocolleges.ca/en/programs. For universities you'll have to go their websites and search each one individually. Here's a list of all universities in Canada: https://www.4icu.org/ca/a-z/.

Avoid Quebec.

Thanks for your valuable comment, it will definitely help in making the right decision. If I start studying for one year initially in my home country will I be eligible for PGWP?

Also, my academic IETLS Score is-L-7,R-8.5,W-6.5,S-7 and General I can score at least 8777 for EE. Should I choose any university from Toronto or BC, as I am not keen to move to Atlantic provinces bec of less jobs.
