The thing is that if I won't be getting any refunds, I could just let the application to expire, instead of going through the hassle of withdrawing it.
I just called them. The agent that I spoke wasn't sure. The email that he sent me is different than what is explained on IRCC website.
When I asked him specific question he said that he doesn't know and instead pointed me to the information he sent for me decide whether or not I qualify.
When I asked if I can speak to someone who knows, he said that there was noone that he could transfer me to.
