Read the lead statement for each NOC. This is the sentence right after the title before "example titles" on NOC website. For example, NOC 0124's main statement is "Advertising, marketing, public relations and e-business managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of establishments and departments involved in commercial, industrial and e-business advertising, marketing and public relations. They are employed by commercial and industrial establishments, government departments, and advertising, marketing and public relations firms or consulting businesses."
  • The lead statement is very important. Per IRCC Operational manual:
The other thing is to discuss job description with your employer, and see if they are able to modify it slightly so it fits the NOC descriptions more tightly.

Good luck!!

From what you posted, it seems 6421 Retail Salesperson, a level C job, fits your description. But if you are doing wholesales, it would be another NOC and wholesales are mainly NOC level B jobs. If you want, let us know what products or services you are selling.
