Yes, received our RFPR fee request end of January after eligibility and criminality have been passed bit we are still waiting for PPR

I just got the RPRF email and am wondering if it is a good sign or not as the email states: The eligibility and admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is currently in process. Can someone weigh in on this.
