I'm sorry to hear that, I wouldn't recommend creating another webform for the same issue from what I have heard.

did you give your client number, application number, e-medical form and for the decription did you mention that you want them attach the e-medical to your application?

If you have done that, then it's just ircc screwing around.

Yes, I provided all the details in the description. I got the webform response yesterday from IRCC that they have sent my documents to the concerned office.
