Reunion with spouse with TRV

Hi there,

If I submitted PR application for my wife with family class, does this mean that she will be refused on TRV application? I've heard about most of cases like this got refused on their TRV application. Is there any way we can increase our rate of getting pass on TRV? If we submit the application again after we got AOR in PR application, will that be helpful?

This is case by case. Many people got TRV
What is your wife doing? Is she currently employed? Country of residence?

Have you submitted a TRV application already?

She is currently working in Japan. We applied TRV before we married. And then I applied PR for her after we got married.
However, the recent IRCC announcement needs us to apply our TRV again. We've already waited for 3 months, and hope resubmitting will help the processing time.
But if we apply again, I don't know if adding her AOR document, and our marriage certification will help the chance of getting approved.

Have you updated your TRV application to say that you have gotten married?
