Returning to Canada with Expired PR Card and Did Not Meet 730 Days Requirement

Dear Leon, just discussed with my parents and they have question, in the case 1 of them or both of them decide just to give up the PR to allow them to enter Canada soon, will this impact my chance to be allowed to enter Canada as a minor removed unvoluntarily to live overseas?

If I enter Canada via the border together with my sister, will it improve my chance to be waived to enter Canada without being reported? Thank you.

Whatever your parents are doing right now, it should not affect your appeal chances. Travelling with your sister may help. At least she can give you a bit of moral support.
