No, I was leave only 7 days to red river college in Winnipeg, Manitoba. They gave me leave from 11 October to 19 October in 2018 . 16 October midnight I stolen my passport or another documents in home robbery. I have a college mail which show me a leave and FIR of home robbery. Unfortunately, I applied again paste same Visa on my new passport but I faced refusal. Now, I applied returned visitor Visa.

Since you have the police report and all the documents, you would have applied for a replacement of the same study visa as it was valid and not a new one.

In Visitor Visa, one form which I one clou

I went to Chandigarh embassy. One employer told me you applied returned file and they gave me one form which is Visitor visa in IM...in form show you tick the front of the return .That's why I applied Visitor Visa in form I fill return to Canada and I sent also Recovering letter with my file which explain my all problem .I have also attached the additional documents with my application Study permit, old passport and Visa copy,Letter of acceptance and fee payment proofs,Bank statements, Educational documents, Copy of FIR translated into English, and proofs of previous Institutions attended and I sent requests please re-issue me Visa.

Yes, Now, I talk with my agent.He told me we also applied TRV in the file.

I know a permit won't allow entry a visa would but my concern was why is he or his agent applying a different type of visa?

Because he has to apply for both a study permit and a TRV. Though normally when IRCC issues a study permit, they also issue a TRV.

My question was why a new visitor (V-1) and why not replacing existing study visa (S-1)?

I know it's hard to follow, but he says he's applied to replace the study permit. You can't directly apply for an S-1 visa. I suppose his agent decided to apply for everything.

Sorry my friend, but neither am I a lawyer nor do I work for embassy. I am someone who once had a student visa and then PGWP and now PR and is just sharing experiences.

We don't work for the embassy. We can't directly help you. You need your agent to tell you what is going on.

He told me we have a valid Visa. That's why we applied TRV to same paste visa sticker on your new passport.
