Hi I'm Diljeet kaur. I have valid student Visa but when I came in India from Canada that time in home robbery I lost my all original documents. Now I make a new passport and ready file again to paste Visa sticker. I recieve my processing passport but no mail

What exactly happened? I didn't understand this "I recieve my processing passport but no mail"
My passport dispatched 10 may but I haven't recieve any email. I don't know its refused or approved .My tracking I'd is 20190425INCDTRV55238. My classes start in Brandon 6 may but I applied extension they gave me time for 20 may .My agent sent inquiry to embassy but they are not response of my mail.

In CIC account show my file is under proccesing when I opened my passport in passport not Visa paste.what mean that CIC account show processing
If passport does not have stamp, I’m sorry but it looks like your visa was rejected. As your account would have gone “Approved” online and also there would have been a counterfoil in the online account itself.
Check your email spam, if there’s an email there with refusal reasons? So you can work on those and reapply, of course not for this intake but for future intakes.
I haven't recieve any mail . But in CIC account show under proccesing what mean that.I came in India upto 6 month but I am taking my medical again first my medical was expired. Can That reason they sent my passport without paste sticker. No, I haven't recieve any mail but I have only now passport now .Please help me when my visa is refused please told me I will decide my future
Medical request will come in your online account. I know you are worried but please focus on the questions I am really trying to help you.

What is the status in the online account for medical? And I am assuming you are applying for study visa here? If you had a visa, why are you applying again? You would have just applied for replacing if it was lost, if it was valid.

No, In CIC account only show your file is under proccesing. Nothing else! My agent told me he thinking embassy can send email about medical but I got my passport last Friday. He sent mail to embassy same day but today is Wednesday embassy is not response his mail. I think my agent tell me a lie .I don't understand what I do? However I see in CIC account show underprocess.
Was your study visa valid when you lost your passport? What was the end date?
I do not know what agent is doing and you can wait for experts to comment also, as per CIC's website if your existing immigration document is stolen or destroyed but was still valid, you can apply for a replacement.
