I would advise you to redo your application - I mean reprint and sign it again. Add all the required paperwork and send it with the same proof of payment.

Sonia1 - Did you get it sorted out...?

I have same situation... Application returned twice for the same reason... school records... we did include all 4 years for all kids.

My wife has even been rejected four times from CIC (almost spending a year in this process). All of those rejected times relates to school records (the same quotation as someone posted above).

She also had some meetings with schools where issued school records in her application, but they had no idea her cases. (They asserted school record forms are totally right).

Now she is very confusing and really do not know how to correct the next application.
Only one thing she can do now is to make an appointment with a local CIC’s agent to discuss and solve this matter once.

Hope to hear some outcomes from other applicants.

I applied for citizenship but my application was returned twice saying incomplete school record

I joined to certified General Accountant of Ontario CGA (A professional certification for Accountants) 2010 and since then I took 2/3 courses per year and I was not working. When i Asked a call center agent of CIC about the submission of the documents, he said i can submit the documents of CGA as proof of study, like transcript for the application. I submitted my transcript, status letter as a student and other print outs as a proof but they returned my application. They asked for 4 years documentation but I have been a PR and living in Canada for 3 years and i was a teacher before coming to Canada.

My questions:
1. I am not able to submit other documents from CGA As they issue only transcript and status letter (i already submitted those)what should i do?

2. should I reapply and withdrew from the present application and remove my CGA documentation?
