Greetings everyone,
I am applying for the SWK through the Buffalo office. My application with all the documents was returned in the email this week, because they say it was incomplete. I needed to add one more address and clarify something in my personal history (something about the time period of a temporary job I had). They asked to resubmit within 60 days.
Here are my questions:
1) Do you need to redo the whole thing or just add a letter to clarify the specific concerns they have.
2) They say that their office didn't retain any of my information. Does that include the police certificate and English exam results, (both of which I don't have, because they go directly to the immigration office)
3) Do I need to pay the processing fees again? (they didn't say anything about this in the letter)
4) I noticed that they didn't open any of my transcript or job letters, and no comments on my bank statements. Is that a good sign?

Please advise on what is the best way to resubmit the application. I don't want it to return it. I hope that return doesn't mean rejection.

thanks for your time

Resend the entire package along with missing information. If any document needs to be updated with requested information, include the updated document only (discard the old one). Include a sheet with updates or new additions. Dont forget to include the sheet they send.
