my name is farhan and i m little confuse can anyone help me i m graduate in commerce but i am resturant manger in one of famous resturant in karachi, pakistan is been 4 year i m working as a manager and that graduate degree i have done during my job can anyone tell me i m eligible for that catagory or no i,ll really appreciate ur positive replies.thanking you

El restaurante es de un familiar, como era empleado de confianza no estaba registrado en IMSS ni tenia recibos de nomina, crees que con la pura carta membretada y firmada sea suficiente?

My friend one thing I learn on this forum is keeping everything in English, so your chances of getting help will increase and we don't get in trouble with the administrators.
In the other hand I don't think only your employer letter will do for you, you need to show that you have been there all the years that you said, that means they will ask you for paystubs or tax returns. Also if you are in the 38 jobs list they will ask you for English test (IELTS) check on Sonora who do that and how much, here in Atlanta, GA is $150 dlls.
