Restoration Visitor Visa

Hi!

I have a question.

My student visa expired in August 2010. I applied to renew it as Visitor, however I didn't provide the copy of port stamps and my application requested was refused. I received this letter after 90 days from the expyre of my temporary resident status.

I would like to know if I could apply for restoration right now.

Has to be within 90 days of the expiry of your study permit for restoration. So if it expired prior to the 15th of August, you are out of luck.
