Hello Friends,

Just need your views for the last time,

My bridging work permit got rejected ,so I applied for restoration of status, and those guys also rejected that ,my Immigration file is in process as per old cec ,I applied in aug 2014,

is there a way that I can retain or get an implied status until , my pr processing completes or should I leave Canada

If restoration has been refused - then it's too late for you to obtain any sort of legal status from within Canada.

Sure - you can certainly try. Processing may take anywhere from a few days to a few months. Chances of approval are hard to say since it will be difficult to prove ties to your home country.

Why has it been rejected? Was this your first BOWP application or your second application?

Also, what can you do if it has been rejected? How can you stay in Canada?

Again, there's no way to stay in Canada legally.

OP's BOWP was rejected and then restoration was rejected. So there are no options remaining.

Sure thing. But there must be a good reason for it, I figure, because otherwise, I don't understand why one's application should get rejected, while the PR is in progress and one has done everything right so far, i.e. is a good and reliable person to CIC through and through.

Found it .. the immigration lawyer paid $100 less. Is this why your BOWP got rejected, Sid?

my bridging work permit got rejected because my foolish lawyer had paid 100 dollars less,so we applied for restoration, today i got refusal for restoration also,

This is terrible, and frustrating. Immigration lawyers just want to make money. You really don't need one.

CIC could simply ask the applicant to pay the fee instead of rejecting the application.
They are playing with peoples life!

That's what I thought. Especially since I think the application says that you were using a representative, i.e. lawyer.

what you need to do is apply for a temp resident permit.. and in the application cover letter explain that you wish to remain in canada till you get your pr as its in process and is almost complete. they should not deny a temp resident permit and normally give for 5-6 months at a time..

Can't you just fly to the US and come back? Then you get a 3 months visitor visa / stamp in your passport.
It's ridiculous to ask somebody to leave the country when you have all your registrations here, an apartment, a car, furniture, etc. ... Moving all of this just for a few weeks is additional stress, loss of money, etc. nobody needs. I wish, implied status would also exist until you get your PR, it would make a lot more sense. Even if it was just implied visitor status without the permission to work.
