I think paper. He does all of his applications by paper.

It was they're fault too because they changed the amount of the fee while his application was being processed so he had no idea of the new fees. And instead of calling him and requesting the extra money they just refused it and sent it back to him.

so , what is ur current status nw.... and did they send any kind of deportation letter with the rejection of ur restoration visa or did thry give u tme to apply for any other status.
