My application for my extension of a work permit has been refused due to

"As the spouse of a holder of a Post Graduate work permit, you have not provided sufficient evidence to prove that your spouse is employed in an occupation that falls within the National Occupation Classification Skill level of 0, A, or B. You may be eligible to re-apply for a work permit if you are able to provide proof that your spouse is a skilled worker in Canada, which may include a letter from your spouse’s employer stating his/her job title, duties, and salary. If you cannot prove that your spouse is in a skilled occupation, your application for a work permit cannot be approved without a Labour Market Impact Assessment from Employment and Social Development Canada"

My wife is a skilled worker now in Canada under TEER 3. She has 3 jobs under TEER 3, but she's only a part-time worker with 2 jobs and a casual with full-time hours with the 3rd one. Can I use this to provide proof that my spouse is working as a skilled worker in Canada?

Your response is greatly appreciated!

I believe this should be fine. I don't believe the job has to be full time.

Thank you for your reply!

I just wanted to ask another question.

My wife already got her PGWP approved for 3 years, and we are still waiting for the decision on our inland PR application. My wife is the principal applicant for our PR application and I'm her dependent. But since my application of a work permit was refused and I need to restore my status within 90 days.

1. Will this affect our PR application?
2. Do I need to inform the IRCC about my loss of status? and apply for a restoration of status as soon as possible?

Thank you!
