Request letter fro delhi office for more pictures

I'm sponsoring my wife she is in India, my application got Sponsor approval, biometrics done, medicals done in JUne 2021. I received request letter from delhi immigration office for more photos on Nov11th 2021 i send them on the same day itself, again they responded to sent me photos again on December 15th this time they mentioned repeat of last request letter about photos when i spoke with IRCC they mentioned they didnt recieve first time, so i send them again but till now now i didnot get any reply whether they recieved or did'nt.
My online portal is still saying action required. And they told me to send by Jan29,2022 other my application will be refused.
I spoke with IRCC in Canada they mentioned they dont have any information what's happening in delhi office. So i'm little worried because it passed the due date.
So what i can do in this situation, delhi office is not responding to any webforms.

Honestly what I would do is go through MP's office and ask if they can help facilitate a) confirming that delhi got them, and/or b) sending them on so that this is taken care of.

Be nice and apologize but given that they seem to have not received first time, etc., please assist. (It really is Delhi's fault for using email as a way to submit when email is the WORST way in terms of confirming that they got it, etc., esp if they DO NOT RESPOND to emails...)

I did that my local mp forwarded them as well in January to IRCC Canada they got back to her saying they forwarded my photos to delhi office but she didnt get back any response from delhi office. And here my worry is not for timeline as im weighting from 1year im only afraid they might declined my application based on this reason and it is like huge time waste for my process

@gvkvinay Hey, have you heard back from NDVO about your ADR? They asked me for some docs on the Feb 2, 2022. I sent an email to them and uploaded via webform too. No reply as of yet, just wondering if you received any reply.

Hi @gvkvinay , @humancapital i also got same request on Nov 29, i submitted again on dec 20. and i got general reply from delhi immigration:
Dear client

Thank you for your e-mail. Please be advised that your enquiry has been received by the Migration Section, Client Service Unit, in India.

my gckey still showing :We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or emailwith details.

@gvkvinay i contacted MP to check status and he said there is no attachment on the file. but the strange thing is new portal shows

We're still working on your application
We’ll let you know here if we need any additional information from you.

Should i go at MP office and assistant can email to ircc canada or delhi canada email.

let me know thank, its so depressing that they have not attached my attachments to the file.
