Hi guys
I've tried calling CIC but having no luck connecting to an agent from outside of Canada so hoping you can help!
I wrote the Canadian citizenship test on Jan 22, 2019 and passed, and was advised that the ceremony would be the next and final step. However, on Feb 4, 2019, I received a Request for Supplementary Evidence [CIT 0520 (06-2015) E] letter from CIC dated Oct 24, 2018, requesting details of Entry-Exit Records/Record of Movement from USA. I have three questions:
1. Is this requested information still required, as the letter was delivered very late, possibly due to the postal strike, and I have already completed the citizenship test? The letter was received on Feb 4, 2019 although it is dated Oct 24, 2018, and I wrote and completed the citizenship test on Jan 22, 2019. The letter indicates that they will treat my application as abandoned if they do not receive the requested documentation within 30 days of the letter, and those 30 days have well and truly passed since the letter was delivered late
2. If I am still required to provide this information, is the I-94 Travel History on the US Customs & Border Protection website adequate? Located here: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home
3. If the I-94 Travel History is adequate, I noticed that the record does not include all my movement to/from USA; the website indicates that land crossings may not be recorded, and I noticed that some land crossings that I know I did are definitely not included. Please advise if I can submit the 1-94 Travel History. Is there any other documentation I can provide to support my movements to/from USA?
Thanks for your help and have a wonderful day!
