Respected Sir/Ma’am,
Subject: URGENT Medical Clearance - Student Visa Application Ref No. CHAA/***********
I had submitted my file for student visa under University category on 22 MAY’13 (pre-medicals submitted) at Consulate General of Canada in Chandigarh and got the letter from High Commission (Health Branch) for further medicals dated 24th July’13 as there was some issue with my chest X-Ray and to make sure it is not Active TB.
I was already familiar with my chest issues as I am suffering from Sarcoidosis in lungs (Currently at Stage 1 – No treatment required) which is not at all troubling me in any sense and is not contagious at all.
To make sure it is not TB, I had already undergone couple of medical tests in PGIMER (Postgraduate Institute of MedicalEducation & Research) to prove that – majorly Mantoux, Sputum AFB and TBNA BACTEC & CULTURE – 42 days) was Negative. (These are the further medical tests that were asked by the High Commission - Health Branch)
I showed my recent reports to Panel physician and he forwarded the same reports directly to the CIC (Health Branch) on 2 Aug’13. It’s been 20 days since the further reports were sent and there is no response.
University classes are going to start from September 3, so it’s a humble request to you to kindly confirm have you sent the medical clearance to the Consulate General Of Canada Chandigarh.
90 DAYS of processing are already over till date, kindly take my request on priority basis as I hardly have 8 days with me for preparations.
