report at entry?

Hi,

I plan to enter Canada via U.S.-Canada land border by a private car soon. As I did not meet RO, I am not sure if I would be reported or not by an immigration officer an entry point.

How can I know whether I am reported or not when I go through entry point?

Would I be told to sign any documents if an officer says that I am reported?

1. You would know, as if you are reported, you will be issued a removal order, which you sign.

As I understand it, OP is still a PR - just has to stay in Canada until he does meet RO.
