Hi ,
Just made this new thread thinking about people who want to rent there spare room or houses to new immigrant .
Please just advertise about your room .

Lots of people get Ca visa but when they come to Canada they struggle finding there first rental .

And it may be useful if they can get contact with property occupier directly for hiring temperory accomodation .

Mods - this thread is just for helping foroum member who looking for houses/rooms - and not a voilation of forum term and condition of advertising commercial product .

You all can just leave short discription of any spare room with expected rental etc. so that anyone looking fpr room can get in touch .

Finalized Downtown/Thorncliffe Toronto for me.

Buy Phone credits for calling to Canada.
I have seen people posted in craigslist for renting out heir rooms usually dont reply to email.
Call them in their Phone number. most of them prefer that.

W3soul, best wishes for the start. Please do share your experience in terms initial lodging, jobs and expenses, though quite excited about the entire transition just a tad nervous about spending in dollars with assuming no job -at least for first 30 days.

Jonathan thanks for the backup pal, never tried these sites in real time and am counting on these resources (sites) big time. Was wondering which country you from? Sheng chiu visa office is in Singapore if I guess correct.

I am very happy but also a bit tensed at the same time to start a new life in a new country having no support no friends, but faith in Allah.

30 days? Buddy i landed in Jan'2012 and still without a job. I have spent close to $30,000 by now. And the ordeal seems never ending
