Renewing TRV in outside of Canada

Hey guys :

I have an expired student visa, with having a valid study permit, so I was wondering if I can possibly renew my visa outside Canada specifically in Saudi where processing would be 15 days which is less than the office in Ottawa (CPP) that may take more than a month.

And I'm so thankful for your help and support ;D

yes you can do it but you have to show the proof of funds for 1 year
